great room but needs better amenities

The Studio was spacious and well-decorated the bathroom had modern finishes. The staff were cute especially Christine. The location was perfect allowing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.

Some amenities felt lacking particularly in the kitchen area.

We loved being there. We came here with our pet. The staff were helpful, very amiable. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Waves Indoor Waterpark.

Came here for 3 nights with my dog, everything was fabulous. The hotel was in a perfect and nice position next to ocean, friendly staff, and beach and walkway...

I'm really disappointed. My room was infested with roaches and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Customer service was non-existent, and I couldn't even get basic necessities like towels or soap. It felt quite distressing to report the issue and never receive any follow-up from management.

The hotel with a nice size and cozy rooms, in a cute area, opposite the pier...

The rooms are reasonably large and cool and include tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator and an oven. It has marvellous and unbeatable location, next to shops, a beautiful beach, and everything, restaurants, entertainment. We spent 1 night and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the heated pool, unique putting green, complimentary beach chairs, and cozy outdoor grills. The atmosphere was super inviting! One night, we were even treated to a good dinner with grilled steak and corn by fellow guests!

We loved the amazing pool area and enjoyed evenings grilling out with the family. The kids especially liked the mini-golf, and having complimentary beach chairs made our beach trips super easy. It was perfect for our stay with a small baby.

My wife says that the noise from other guests was distracting at times. It would be great if the rooms had better soundproofing for families traveling with young children.

Clean pool right near the beach. Management could be more responsive. Liked having a hot tub available for relaxation.

The location is perfect, just 500 feet from the beach. Rooms are super clean and comfy with a soft bed. We had a kitchenette so cooking was easy. Loved the hot tub and heated pool. Pet-friendly with a dog park makes it even better! Staff was really nice, always ready to help.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was immaculate with a wonderful balcony, and the kitchenette was super handy. Plus, the hotel is totally dog-friendly with an awesome dog park!

The pool was really clean, and we loved having a hot tub nearby. It was also super close to the beach and some great ice cream shops. The staff were really nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Avalon Resort of Deerfield Beach and would happily return. the property offered a peaceful atmosphere, making it a delightful experience. the hotel's location was fantastic, right across from the pier, which added to our overall enjoyment.

The hotel has a lovely old Florida charm with friendly staff and a nice pool area. The room needed some updates, particularly the bed.

This place is in a great spot, just a stone's throw from all the restaurants and entertainment. It's also really close to the ocean and the beach, plus it's right across from the pier. 🌊.
